Who do we serve?
Department of Defense
Russell Strand has almost 50 years of experience working in the department of defense. He has vast experience providing training and technical assistance in the areas of crimes against persons, trauma and victimzation and efforts of prevention to the DoD that, literally, spans decades.
Civilian Response to Violence
Russell has been a champion of colloboration over the course of his career. He knows that partnerships make for the best services for victims and people who have experienced trauma. Due to this attitude, Russell has been providing training and technical assistance to civilian criminal justice spaces for most of his career.
